Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to the Ludax proxy network, the web dashboard and the Telegram bot. By creating an account or sending a single request through our gateway, you accept them.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to hold a Ludax account. One person or organisation may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your credentials, including traffic generated by team members or automation you configure. Keep your dashboard password and proxy credentials secret; rotate them from the dashboard if you suspect exposure.

Telegram bot accounts and web accounts are the same account. Adding a web password does not create a second balance.

The service

Ludax provides residential proxy routing, optional browser TLS fingerprint emulation, and the tooling to generate and manage proxy credentials. We do not provide the content you retrieve and we are not a party to your relationship with any target site.

Pool composition, individual IP availability and TLS profile catalogue change continuously. We commit to the country coverage and profile counts advertised in aggregate, not to any specific IP address or subnet remaining available.

Acceptable use policy

The network exists for lawful data collection, testing and privacy. The following uses are prohibited and result in immediate termination without refund, and where required, disclosure to law enforcement:

Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction, the target jurisdiction, or the jurisdiction of the exit IP.

Accessing, distributing or generating child sexual abuse material, or any content sexualising minors.

Unauthorised access, credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, vulnerability exploitation or penetration testing without documented written authorisation from the target owner.

DDoS, amplification, flooding, port scanning at scale, or any traffic designed to degrade a third-party service.

Fraud, carding, phishing, malware or ransomware distribution, spam, and bulk unsolicited messaging.

Circumventing sanctions, or routing traffic on behalf of sanctioned parties or embargoed territories.

Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing Ludax access without a signed reseller agreement.

Billing and payment

Payment is in cryptocurrency only. Balance is credited once the network confirms your transaction; confirmation times depend on the chain and are outside our control. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network — funds sent on an unsupported network cannot be recovered.

All traffic is prepaid and metered per gigabyte, enforced to the kilobyte. Every proxy plan is valid for 30 days from activation; unspent wallet funds are not a proxy plan and remain on the account until used.

Prices are quoted in USD and may change for future purchases. Changes never alter the rate on balance you already hold.

Refunds

Because balance is delivered instantly and consumed irreversibly, purchases are non-refundable once traffic has been routed. If a plan is entirely unused and the purchase was made within 48 hours, contact support and we will normally refund it in the original asset, minus network fees.

Where a documented platform fault prevented you from using purchased capacity, we credit the affected balance back to your account rather than issuing an on-chain refund.

Availability and support

We do not publish an availability figure or offer a contractual uptime commitment. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on our Telegram channel. Individual IP reachability, target-site block rates and third-party network conditions are explicitly outside this target.

Support runs through Telegram. We do not guarantee a response time contractually and publish no response-time figure.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that any specific target will be reachable, that a given request will succeed, or that a TLS profile will defeat any particular anti-bot system. Success rates depend on your own configuration and on third parties we do not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, business interruption or any indirect or consequential loss.

You indemnify Ludax against third-party claims arising from your use of the network, including claims from target site operators.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any acceptable-use breach, for chargeback or payment fraud, or where continued service would expose us to legal risk. Where the breach is minor and unintentional we will normally warn you first.

You may stop using the service at any time; there is nothing to cancel on residential plans — simply stop topping up. Unused balance is not refunded on voluntary account closure.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on our Telegram channel and reflected in the version number above at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ludax is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
